activities 1995
- Producing a Sunday one-hour program on the FM Czech State Radio.
It presently covers about 60% of the entire Czech population including
Prague. Commencing January 1996 we start on the same FM station another
one-hour program on Saturday morning. Our goal is to cover the entire
territory of Czech Republic with quality FM Christian broadcast.
- Producing weekly fifteen-minute programs in the Czech language for
Trans World Radio AM broadcast from Tirana, Albania.
- Producing programs in the Czech language for HCJB World Radio, SW
station In Quito, Ecuador.
- Publishing a bimonthly magazine "Zapas o dusi" or "Battle for the
Soul" in Czech and Slovak languages; 8,000 and 4,000 prints makes it
the largest circulation of any Evangelical periodical. Only Catholic
press and JW's "Watch Tower" exceeds its circulation. It is one of the
largely read Christian publication in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Several missions use it as their evangelical tool.
- Contributing to different Czech Christian periodicals, and
furnishing tract texts to the Printing Mission of Brno sponsored by a
German Christian Printing Mission.
- Preaching, teaching, interpreting and holding seminars in different
Churches, colleges, and evangelistic meetings. We minister often to
young people.
- Authored and published two books. After the second printing "The
Battle for the Soul" is now the Czech Evangelical classic.
- Translated and published Ken Ham's "Genesis and the Decay of the
Nations." Our ministry is the forerunner of Creationism.
- Lecturing, authoring and printing materials and tracts. Our HCJB's
ministry work is heavily involved in Pro-life activities.
- Introduced Precept Ministries to Czechland and Slovakia.
- Operating a tape ministry.
